FAQ – Frequently asked question:
1. What is the time required for order execution?
The time of order execution by is counted from the moment KOMEX S.A. confirms the order acceptance for execution until the moment KOMEX S.A. sends the shipment containng goods and it cannot exceed 2 wordking days (days from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays).
2. What is the time required for order delivery?
The delivery time depends on the selected delivery option – it is the time calculated from the moment KOMEX S.A. sends the shipment containing the ordered products, until the actual delivery time, and it is equal to:
in case of selecting delivery via Post Office – no more than 7 working days;
-in case of selecting delivery via a courier company – no more than 2 working days (with at least 90% of order, the delivery is executed within 24h);
-in case of selecting deliver via InPost parcelmats – no more than 2 working days.
-in case of selecting deliver via Ruch newsagents – no more than 2 working days

3. Is it possible to pay for the order on delivery?
Yes, there is an option of payment for the order upon shipment delivery. In order to pay for the order on delivery, during order placement, select the Post Office option – Priority shipment with collect on delivery or Courier – Collect on delivery shipment.
4. Can I cancel the agreement and return the goods?
Yes, if you are a consumer (i.e. an individual entering a legal act with the entrepreneur, not directly related to your business or professional activity), you have the right to cancel the sales agreement within 14 days without specifying the reason. The deadline for order cancellation expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer entered into ownership of the items or on which a third party other than the transport company and indicated by the consumer entered into ownership of the items.
In order to execute the right to cancel the agreement, the consumer must inform us about the intent (KOMEX S.A. ul Bysławska 82, 04 – 993 Warsaw, email@example.com, tel.: + 48 22 647 88 63, fax: +48 22 647 88 56) to cancel the sales agreement in the form of an definite statement (for example, a note sent by post, using a fax or e-mail).
The consumer may also use the form of agreement cancellation (it can be downloaded here), however, it is not obligatory.
The consumer may also use the document prepared for the purpose by KOMEX S.A. and attached to the delivery containing the ordered goods.
In order to meet the deadline for agreement cancellation, it is enough to send the information regarding execution of the right to cancel the agreement before the deadline for agreement cancellation.
Effect of agreement cancellation
In case of cancelling this agreement, the consumer will be refunded all payment paid to us, including shipment costs of the goods (excluding additional costs resulting from the manner of delivery selected by the consumer other than the cheapest manner of delivery offered by us), immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days after the day on which we were informed by your decision of executing the right to cancellation of this agreement. The payment will be returned using the same method of payment that was used in the original sales transaction, unless the consumer clearly agreed to another solution; in any case, you will not bear any additional costs related to this return. We can wait with returning the payment until obtaining goods or the return proof is sent back to us, depending on which of the events takes place earlier.
Please send the goods or provide it to one of the following addresses, immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days since the day on which we were informed about cancellation of this agreement. The deadline is met if you send us the goods back before the deadline of 14 days.

Only the direct costs of goods return will have to be paid. The consumer shall be responsible only for decrease in value of items resulting from using it in a manner different than it was required to discover their character, features and functioning.
5. How should I pay for the order?
The payment method is selected upon order placement. The 5.10.15 internet store offers the following payment forms:
1. Payment „in advance” (online):
• Electronic wire transfer
• Card payment
• PayPal account
• Instalment payment (within PayU)
2. Collect on delivery – available only within the territory of Poland.
6. What are parcelmats (how do they function)?
InPost parcelmats comprise a system of post office boxes, used for collecting pracels 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The customer purchasing goods over the Internet – after ordering the parcel to the InPost parcelmat – receives a SMS and an e-mail message with reception code. In order to collect the parcel, just enter the number of the mobile phone and the received reception code on the panel of the InPost Parcelmat and the locker with the expected parcel will open.
A parcel sent to you using the InPost Parcelmats will reach you within 2 working days from the moment of sending it. The parcel can be collected at any time of day or night.
7. Where can the size table be found?
The size table can be found on the product page. After clicking the “size table” link, detailed information about clothing size can be found.
8. Can the goods purchased in the internet store be returned/exchanged at a stationary store?
The goods purchased in the internet store 51015kids.eu may not be returned to or exchanged at a stationary store. It does not limit your rights as a consumer to cancel the agreement (according to point 4) and other rights you are entitled to by virtue of law.
9. How to place an order?
In order to place an order correctly, the following operations must be performed:
-select the products and add them to the basket;
-select one of the offered delivery options;
-confirm or amend data required to place the order;
-select the payment method and payment for other order costs;
-send the plced order using the available, dedicated functionality (button – „Order with obligatory payment”).
